Abstract

Many studies have been conducted to evaluate the impact of natural disasters on cultural properties due to the Gyeongju earthquake. In this study, we tried to apply the method of evaluating the risk of external disasters on the area where cultural assets are located in terms of cultural property disaster management. Analyzing the past data, the damage to cultural properties due to the natural disaster damage occurred to 50%. In this study, risk assessment of National Treasures was conducted considering typhoon, heavy rain, earthquake, heavy snowfall, and tsunami. As a result of the evaluation, the overall risk of National Treasures located in Gyeongju was the highest, and it was analyzed that National Treasures located in Seoul were the safest.

경주 지진으로 인해서 자연재난이 문화재에 미치는 영향을 평가하는 방법의 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 문화재 재난관리 측면에서 문화재가 아닌 문화재가 위치한 지역에 미치는 외부적인 재난에 의한 위험도를 평가하는 방법을 적용하고자 하였다. 실제로 풍수해로 인한 문화재 훼손이 50% 수준으로 나타나고 있어, 태풍, 호우, 지진, 대설, 지진해일로 인한 국보로 지정된 문화재의 위험성 평가를 수행하였다. 평가결과 경북 경주시에 위치한 국보로 지정된 문화재의 종합 위험도가 가장 높게 나타났고, 서울에 위치한 국보로 지정된 문화재가 가장 안전한 것으로 분석되었다.
