Abstract
As various social network services increase, many opinions, knowledge, and information are being produced and shared. Most of these social data are used in marketing and market analysis, but their utilization is low in terms of cultural heritage safety. In this study, the cases of disaster and safety using social network data were investigated and analyzed to analyze whether they could be applied to the disaster prevention field of cultural properties. As a result of the analysis, a certain pattern appeared, but it was confirmed that the interest in the safety of cultural properties was relatively low. It was confirmed that the promotion and activities of related organizations related to cultural heritage safety are more necessary in the future.
다양한 사회관계망 서비스가 활발해지면서, 많은 의견과 지식, 그리고 정보들이 생산·공유되고 있다. 이러한 소셜 데이터는 대부분 마케팅 및 시장분석에서 활용되고 있으나, 문화재 안전 측면에서는 활용도가 낮은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 소셜 데이터를 이용한 재난 및 안전분야의 사례를 조사·분석하여 문화재 방재분야에 접목 가능한지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 일정한 패턴은 나타났으나, 상대적으로 문화재 안전에 대한 관심도가 낮음을 확인하였다. 향후 문화재 안전 및 방재와 관련하여 유관 기관의 홍보가 더욱 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다.
