This research examined comparison of awareness and performance of firefighters’ standard operation procedures at cultural heritage disaster sites. Overall, firefighter’ knowledge of standard operation procedures was relatively low, with 2.81 in their 30s by age and 2.87 in 6-10 years by work experience. The awareness and performance of the fire response procedure for wooden cultural properties were relatively high for those in their 40s by age for 6 to 10 years by work experience and for sobang-jang by rank. As for the improvement of standard operation procedures, 53.8% of the respondents said “production and distribution of actual cases in accordance with standard operation procedures,” 36.6% said “easy to access from smart phones by producing standard operation procedures,” and 32.3% said.
본 연구에서는 소방공무원의 문화재 재난현장에 대한 표준작전절차 인지도와 수행도를 비교 분석하였다. 전체적으로는 표준작전절차에 대한 소방공무원의 지식은 비교적 낮은 것으로 조사되었으며 연령별로는 30대가 2.81로 가장 높고 근무경력별로는 6~10년이 2.87 계급별로는 소방교가 2.67로 조사되었다. 목조문화재 화재 대응절차에 대한 인지도와 수행도는 연령별로는 40대가 근무경력별으로는 6~10년, 계급별로는 소방장이 비교적 높게 나타났다. 표준작전절차 개선에 대한 의견으로는 ‘실제 사건을 표준작전절차에 맞게 적용한 사례를 제작 배포’가 53.8%, ‘표준작전절차를 앱으로 제작하여 폰에서 쉽게 접속 가능’이 36.6%, ‘조금 더 상황을 세분하고 자세하게 설명 제작’이 32.3%로 조사되었다.
