Abstract
In this paper, we intended to present basic data on the safety management of buildings, including cultural properties, for responding to disasters caused by climate change caused by global warming. Basically, it was intended to predict the impact of cultural heritage buildings in disaster scenarios such as fires, floods, heat waves, etc. and consider the need for related technologies and necessary maintenance of related systems.
본 논문에서는 지구 온난화에 의한 의한 기후 변화로 발생하는 재난에 대응하기 위한 문화재 건축물을 포함한 건축물의 안전관리에 대하여 관련 기술의 필요성, 개발 방향에 대한 기초적 자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 기본적으로 화재, 홍수, 폭염 등 재난 시나리오에서 발생하는 문화재 건축물의 영향 등을 예측하고 이에 대응할 수 있는 관련 기술에 대한 내용과 이에 필요한 관련 제도의 정비 등에 대한 필요성을 중심으로 고찰하고자 하였다.
