Abstract
In this study, a reproducible experimental identification study was performed under three conditions (flat land + no wind, flat land + wind speed about 4 m/s, slope about 15° + wind speed about 4 m/s) for five ignition factors (Cigarette fire, garbage incineration, lightning bolt, arson, incineration of paddy fields and paddy fields) classified as wildfire fire causes. The conditions for the reproduction experiment were set through analysis of three fire detection cases, and after each of the three conditions was ignited by five ignition factors, the evidence from the first ignition point, the combustion pattern, and the protection index were identified. A study was conducted. As a result of fire cases and reproduction experiments, the same phenomenon was identified in the case of cigarette butts. In addition, the lightning bullet was strongly identified with local burning traces. The flammable liquid was identified for patterns such as oil bands.
본 연구에서는 산불 및 초본류 화재에서 가장 많은 발화요인으로 분류되는 담뱃불, 쓰레기 소각, 번개탄(연탄), 방화, 논・밭두렁 소각의 5가지 발화요인 별 최초 발화지점에서 감식할 수 있는 화재증거물 및 연소패턴, 보호지표 등을 통한 감식기법 연구를 위해 무풍, 실외, 실외 경사도의 3가지 실험 조건으로 실험을 실시하였다. 3가지의 실험조건에서 발화요인 5가지를 각각 동일한 실험조건으로 발화를 시킨 후 발화요인별 화재원인 감식기법에 대하여 연구하였다. 실험 결과, 기존 화재사례와 재현실험 결과 발화요인이 담뱃불인 경우에는 담배꽁초가 동일하게 식별되었으며, 번개탄은 국부적인 강한 연소현상이 감식되었다. 또한, 인화성 액체는 주변으로의 급격한 연소와 인화성 액체가 완전히 연소되지 않고 기름띠 등의 패턴이 감식됨을 알 수 있었다.
