Abstract
This paper conducted an empirical experiment to check the water discharge pressure flow rate required for fire suppression by an operator by fixing a pressure of 0.7 MPa used by firefighters the tip of a nozzle at a fire site. In order to confirm the reliability of water discharge pressure flow rate, the measured values were compared using various measuring instruments. As for the hose friction loss, when comparing the reducer and Y joint, the reducer reduced the friction loss, when using Y joint, high water discharge pressure and flow rate were confirmed. When 65 mm hose is deployed, friction loss is reduced and water discharge pressure is higher than 40 mm hose. Therefore, this paper intends to present basic data for measuring devices.
본 연구에서는 문화재 화재 현장에서 소방대원이 방수 제한 값으로 사용하는 0.7MPa의 압력을 관창 선단에서 고정하고 호스 1개의 전개로 운전원이 화재진압에 필요한 방수압력과 유량을 확인하기 위한 실증적 실험을 수행하였으며, 방수압력과 유량의 신뢰성을 확인하기 위해 다양한 계측기기를 이용하여 실측값을 비교하여 다음과 같은 결과를 확인하였다. 호스 마찰손실은 리듀서(65×40)와 Y이음(65×40)를 비교하였을 때 리듀서가 마찰손실이 감소하였고, Y이음 사용 시 높은 방수압력과 유량 변화를 확인하였다. 또한 65mm 호스 전개시 40mm 호스보다 마찰손실이 감소하고 방수압력은 높은 것을 확인하였다. 이를 통한 계측기기별 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다.
