Abstract
This study analyzes the effects of regional temperature environments and decay fungi types on the effectiveness of surgical treatments for old tree cavities, proposing a region-customized protection prescription model. To overcome the limitations of existing material-oriented treatments, public data from the National Heritage Service, Korea Forest Service, KOSIS, and Korea Meteorological Administration were linked to quantify climate exposure conditions and old tree distribution. The analysis model consists of five indices (climate exposure, microclimate, decay fungi risk, damage, and callus response) and applies generalized linear mixed, ordinal logistic, and linear mixed models for evaluation. Additionally, a sensitivity simulation framework is presented to predict treatment performance based on microclimate and fungal variations prior to field surveys. This study provides a methodological basis for transitioning old tree surgical treatments from empirical approaches to a data-driven precision diagnosis and prescription system.
본 연구는 기후권역별 온도환경과 부후균 유형이 노거수 공동부 외과처치 효과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 지역 맞춤형 보호처방 모형을 제안한다. 재료 중심의 기존 처치가 가진 한계를 극복하고자, 국가유산청·산림청·KOSIS·기상청 공공데이터를 연계해 기후노출 조건과 노거수 분포를 정량화했다. 분석모형은 5개 지수(기후노출·미기후·부후균위험·피해도·유합반응)로 구성되며, 일반화선형혼합·순서형 로지스틱·선형혼합 모형을 적용해 평가한다. 아울러 현장 조사 전 미기후 및 부후균 변화에 따른 처치성능을 예측하는 민감도 시뮬레이션 구조도 제시한다. 본 연구는 노거수 외과처치를 경험적 방식에서 데이터 기반 정밀 진단·처방 체계로 전환하는 방법론적 근거를 제공한다.
